a week of fun

so...I'm visiting my sis for the week. I'm glad that I'm not tied to college classes or a steady job right now. It's great to be able to just go somewhere for the week and not have to worry about major scheduling....I'll be helping my sister with whatever I can. Tomorrow, I think I'll prob. go to the soccer games that she has "game duty" at. That should be fun since I haven't been to any sports event in quite a long time. It was neat to watch her coach cross-country today. I'm looking forward to what the week holds.

another day.....

so, today I got 1 hr. and 40 min. in of driving practice, so that was good. The exciting part of the day was that I got to see my horsey (Walz), which I haven't seen in quite some time b/c she's in the field at Dad's shop with the other mares. She's looking good. We hosed the four mares down. I think they appreciated that little bath since it is blistering hot outside. I practically felt like I was going to faint. Amersham seemed like the heat was getting to her also. Other than that, nothing too eventful happened today. Tomorrow morning I'll be babysitting an adorable little one. I look forward to my time with him!!

dance, dance, dance

so yeah....I went to a dance yesterday, and it was quite fun!! I've been to one like it before.....a lady comes and teaches everybody these old irish, scottish, something type dances. whatever-the-case....it was fun, and i'm sure everyone worked up quite a sweat doing the dances. that's about it for now....i'm very hungry, and i've just been called for supper. :) yum!
